A Family Resource Network (FRN) is the primary coordinating and planning body for local services for children and families in West Virginia. Although the FRN does not provide direct services, we represent an important partnership between state government and local communities. This partnership empowers local communities to identify their needs and to develop and implement "local action plans" with support and assistance from state agencies.
The Brooke Hancock Family Resource Network was founded on the idea of helping to define and address the needs of our local communities. Since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide assitance where the need is greatest.
Our team is made up of staff and volunteers throughout Brooke and Hancock counties who advocate for those in need. We are always happy to find new volunteers who share our commitment to doing good in the world.
