The ASAP Youth Council is always accepting new members.



Who Can Join?

Anyone under the age of 21 (Grades K-12) living Brooke and Hancock Counties


How Do I Become A Member?

Show up at one of our meetings:


Youth Council Meeting

When: 2nd & 4th Thursday, Monthly

Time: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Where: Brooke Hancock FRN

1300 Potomac Avenue, Suite C, Weirton


What Will We Do?

  • Plan and host activities for youth in and around Brooke and Hancock counties.
  • Develop ASAP Public Service Announcements.
  • Become a Peer Role Model in the community.
  • Provide youth insight on substance abuse problems in the community
  • Be active participants of the ASAP SADD Chapter & RAZE Crew.
  • Attend events, trainings, and commotions locally and around the state.
